My comments to the Audio Pen..

I really like this talking pen very much. Its audio capability is great, and very appropriate for students than are learning a new language. The possibility of endless repetition of a sound is perfect for a student get accustomed to the sound of new words. My only doubt is whether the sound of this device is clear and loud enought for the student to assimilate the words without mistake. Can this audio pen read other languages?
With this device the role of languate teachers may change a lot: they will not be teaching so much directly, but just checking how the students are learning with these audio pens. But, if all the students are "reading" with this pen at the same time in the same classroom, the noise must be unbearable. each student should use headphones.
